Refund policy

Rest assured, we stand behind everything we sell.

All returns are subject to inspection. We will only accept returns within 14 days from your order's fulfillment date. Any return requests made after 14 days from your order's fulfillment date will not be considered.

We will issue a full refund on goods returned to us, provided they are in their original condition, unopened and unused, with the cellophane intact. Should a product be returned in any other condition than previously stated, our quality control team will assess it. If accepted, the value of the return will be based on the product's condition and will be provided as a store credit only. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days from the fulfillment date of goods in unopened, unused, and sell-able condition and all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc., must be returned for a refund to be issued.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. Return processes mentioned above apply to US orders only. AromaSampler does not handle international returns. We do not cover shipping costs, potential customs fees, or provide shipping labels for international returns. If you are a customer outside of the US and want to return an item, you must arrange for it to be shipped to us. We are not liable if we do not get your return or if it is lost in transit.

Should your order get marked as "delivered" by the carrier despite not being received, please contact Customer Service immediately. 

If we deem your order lost or undelivered, we will send you a replacement. Please note by agreeing to receive this replacement, you are waiving your rights to a monetary refund should you decide to return this replacement item. Store credit will be issued instead. 

High value orders may need to be evaluated by our team or submitted through our insurance prior to reshipment.

The returned goods will be promptly inspected upon receipt, and your refund will be processed according to the findings. The only exceptions are all individual samples/vials, custom bundles, discovery kits and home & body products are non-refundable/non-returnable and are final sale. Once your refund is issued you will receive a separate email notifying you about it. We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.
